Fast and friendly service, not sure if this location as a drive through or not as I went inside.
I ordered my normal mocha with coconut milk.
The lobby inside is large, open and very clean. -

The drinks were fine and the staff was nice enough but WHY isn't there an accessible entrance? My son is in a wheelchair and I had to maneuver him up the two steps to get into the building.
Furthermore, accessible parking is located on the other side of the building, next the adjacent Chipotle.
My son relies on me to get around and I can easily push him a slightly longer distance or take him up a couple steps, but not every disabled person has someone with them.
If an independently living wheelchair user wanted to enter this facility, I doubt they'd be able to on their own. If someone with a walker wanted to visit here, the walk from Chipotle to Starbucks may tire them out.
I'll be contacting Starbucks directly as well. Lack of accessibility, especially in a multi-BILLION dollar establishment is unacceptable. -

The drinks here don't taste the same as other stores. Not very good. Not worth stopping at. I've tried to give them two times to redeem themselves but it's never good. Sorry

Arrive at this Starbucks at 4:30 in the afternoon and they refused to make decaf for us. We wanted 2 speciality coffees which would have paid for the whole pot.

I've been at this Starbucks location several times and have found it a real hit and miss proposition. One time everyone was friendly and seemed to know what they were doing. But then on two other occasions this Starbucks ranked amongst the worst I've ever been to with an inattentive staff, dirty looking floor and men's restroom.
So if you stop by here, I really don't know what to tell you other than to say you're taking a chance. It just doesn't seem to be consistently the same in service or cleanliness.
